We offer any combination of our specialized maintenance programs so you can build the perfect program for you. Our Personal Groundskeeping Program is a custom plan created for your home or business depending on your landscape’s needs.
Early Spring Visit
(Late February through March)
Get a jump start on your groundskeeping maintenance! Our early spring visit includes a cleanup of landscape beds, weeding, pruning, and perennial plant cleanup. This visit is popular with wooded properties that become messy from winter leaf litter. Additionally, it allows your landscape to show well in the interim if your regular spring visit is scheduled for later in the season.
Spring Visit
(March through May)
Our spring visit helps prepare your landscape for spending time outdoors in the warmer weather. Services provided during our spring visit include removing debris and leaves from landscape beds, pruning shrubs, cleaning up perennials, ornamental grasses, and roses, spade edging all beds to provide a clean edge around your landscape, and applying per-emergent weed control, granular feed, and aluminum sulfate as needed.
Summer Visit
(June through August)
During the summer months, it is imperative that your landscape is taken care of so no problems occur as temperatures rise. This visit consists of pruning, trimming, weeding, and perennial and annual flower maintenance.
Fall Visit
(October through December)
A final touch up for your landscape prepares your yard for the cold winter months. This visit includes pruning all landscape plants, roses, ornamental grasses, perennials, and specific dormant shrubs such as spirea, barberry, hydrangea, burning bush, etc., annual flower maintenance, weeding, and leaf cleanup of landscape beds and decorative urns. It is typically completed in two separate stops if the property has a significant amount of leaf litter.

Routine Site Visits
Routine site visits are conducted on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. These visits can be substituted for the summer or fall visit or can be requested in addition to normal visits. Adding routine site visits to your groundskeeping program allows for your landscape to get constant attention, providing you with the ongoing beauty of a professionally maintained property.

Seasonal Annual Flower Program
Add custom color into your landscape by adding our seasonal annual flower program to your maintenance routine. We carry a variety of annual flowers that are available at the specific time in which they thrive. We offer custom potting, watering, fertilizing and routine maintenance as well.
Tree and Shrub Care
This custom, 5-step insecticide, fungicide and deep root feeding program helps to promote the health and vigor of your landscape investment. Optional services are available specifically for fruit trees and orchards. If your landscape is suffering from a pest infestation, we also offer pest-targeted treatments including Japanese beetles, Bagworm, Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), Spider Mites and Scale.
